Risk Management

The seminar program is à la carte, and you can choose from a list of speakers (athletes, rescuers, pilots or professional adventurer) who will give a conference on their vision and their approach to risk in their field of activity.
You can previously or then share with your team a mountain or high-mountain activity that we organize at the Annecy guides office (Skiing, climbing, canyoning or via ferrata), these activities supervised by professionals will be the opportunity to share the experience of risk between your collaborators and the guides led to manage various problems linked to daily risks in their work, this enriching first will allow your team to immerse themselves in a different universe and get out of the comfort zone.
The second optional day is divided into a morning with a professional rescue worker who through his prism will explain to you how they work this approach to risk, finally, we do work in collective intelligence to restore the information acquired collectively during these 2 days around round tables.
