A snowshoe hike is the pleasure of walking on a fresh snow mattress in wild and virgin spaces. During this session (3 hours for the half day and more than 4 hours for the full day), we will explore off-trail itineraries on the Semnoz mountain. You will be able to familiarize yourself with walking technique thanks to the advice of your mountain guide. In the middle of the forest, we will study together the possible traces left by the wildlife that survives in the hostile environment of the mountain in winter. You will also learn how to recognize the summits of Haute-Savoie. This activity can be practiced in family with children (from 8 years old).
