Day 1 : The Tête du Parmelan by the Pertuis valley
D+1350m D-350m Dist 9,5km 5h30 of walking
The first day of hiking will start in the Fillière valley. We will take the direction of the Parmelan plateau from the Grotte de la Diau then through the wild Pertuis valley before reaching the lunar karstic plateau of Parmelan.
Night in a refuge (Dormitory). Attention no shower and no water in the refuge.
Day 2 : The Plateau des Glières by the Ablon valley

Departure after breakfast facing the Mont-Blanc. We will walk along the Parmelan ridge to reach the Ablon valley and the Glières plateau.
Night in a gite (dormitory).
Day 3 : The Sous Dine mountain by the dairy field
D+1000m D-1470m Dist 18km 7h30 of walking
Objective of the day : The Sous Dine mountain at 2000m of altitude. For this, we will cross the Frêtes mountain in the direction of the dairy field. The picnic will take place at the summit. We will return to the start of the trek by the vertiginous pas du Roc.
