Day 1: Ascent to the Bostan refuge via the Golèse pass
D+ 725m D- 80m 3h00 walk
The first day's hike begins at the Allamands car park at 1096m. We walk up a forest track towards the Col de la Golèse. As we leave the forest, the view opens up. We continue up to the Col de la Golèse before facing the Teeth of Oddaz. Then, over a shoulder, we descend into the valley where we'll find our refuge for the night.
Accommodation: Refuge. Meals: Lunch & dinner.
Day 2: Loop via the tête de Bostan
D+ 630m D- 1280m 5h walk
On the second day, we walk up the wild valley below the Teeth of Oddaz towards the Col de Bostan. We then continue towards the tête de Bostan, which rises to 2406m. The view of the Chablais and the dents du Midi is magnificent. We continue along the ridge path and descend towards the Bostan forest to reach our starting point.
